We know that for many parents and carers, wraparound care is sometimes an essential support. Our before- and after-school clubs provide a 'home from home' for children at the start and end of the day, in a relaxed but purposeful atmosphere.
BREAKFAST CLUB
When? Every day, from 7.30am to the start of school.
How much? £5.00 per day per child.
What happens? Children start the school day in a relaxed and enjoyable environment. They can choose their breakfast from a variety of cereals, toast, fruit and drinks. Books, games and puzzles are available to entertain them, or they can simply socialise and chat with friends.
How do I book and pay?
Please complete a Breakfast Club Registration Form and return to: wraparoundcare@newvalleyprimary.com
You should use Arbor to book your child's attendance at Breakfast Club.
On arrival at Breakfast Club, ring the Breakfast Club bell and wait to be let in.
You will pay through your Arbor account, and fees must be paid in advance.
You can use childcare vouchers to pay for Breakfast Club. It is possible to put advance payments onto ParentPay.
Note: Cash is no longer accepted.
AFTER SCHOOL CLUB
When? Every day, from the end of school until 6pm apart from Fridays, when it finishes at 4.30pm
How much?
Long session up to 6.00pm the charge will be £15.00 per child. There will be no discount for siblings.
Short session up to 4.30pm the charge will be £7.50 per child. There will be no discount for siblings.
After School Club numbers are very low on Fridays, therefore on that day the club will finish at 4.30pm rather than 6.00pm
What happens?
Our new After School Club, run by our own staff, provides a friendly ‘home from home’ atmosphere, where children can mix and play with friends and adults. Sessions include:
- time and support for homework;
- some outdoor time each day (weather permitting);
- a light tea, served for Long session attendees only.
How do I book and pay?
