Welcome from the Headteacher

At New Valley, we aim high.  We want every child to achieve as much as they can, and to become a happy, confident, enthusiastic learner, who can go on to be successful at secondary school and beyond.

We know that children's wellbeing is just as important as their academic progress.  In fact, your children's wellbeing is the most important thing: a child who isn't happy is a child who isn't learning.

We want your children to love coming to New Valley every day, and to be proud of their school.

It is the children who make New Valley such a special place.  Our children and families come from a wide variety of backgrounds and heritages to make up a wonderfully harmonious community.  We know that children learn and behave best when there is a strong partnership between school and home, so our families are also a huge part of our community.  And we are proud to be a UNICEF Rights Respecting School, putting your children's rights at the heart of school life.

Thank you for taking the time to visit our website.  If you are interested in your children joining the New Valley family, we would love to meet you.  Please call the school office to arrange a visit and to meet with me.
